I agree that working out with a specific goal in mind is going to be better than working out for a vague notion of “fitness” or a desire to be thin. That’s something I’ve been thinking about: what could my goal be? I’m still figuring it out. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond! I will check out your post that you mentioned.
