February 1st Writing Check-in: What a year January has been. The beginning of a new month can feel like a fresh start, but to be honest all I’m feeling is very tired. 😴

Here’s our first writing check-in of the month: 1) What progress did you make towards your goals in January? 2) Did you meet any goals you set over the weekend? 3) What is your goal for today?

In January, I made progress on my Secret Project, editing several pages. I also made a dent in an outline I’m working on for a new novel idea. Like I said in my last post, I took a long weekend. I had originally planned to do some writing…and then I didn’t. And that’s okay. Today is a new day. I plan to edit a page of Secret Project. Let me know how your goals are coming along in the comments!
